Deuce Gorgon ☯ Snakes

     This is Snakes, one of the most welcoming monsters around and the only guy I know with stone-cold style. He's one of the co-captains of the Casketball team but he's also the ghoul most people turn to when they need advice of any kind. He's also got the patience of the saint. Surprisingly, he and I have a lot in common, from athleticism (although Deuce definitely has me beat) to a shared interest in Dungeons and Gargoyles. Unfortunately, I'm the reason he's stuck here. When he got here, I guess he offered to work to pay off the debt I have because of Yang. It's really touching but still upsetting that it happened because of me.

Holt Hyde ☯ Yang

     Yang. The other me. Well, he's not so much the "other me" as he is... well... it's complicated. We're the same person but still completely different people if that... makes any sense. Anyway, Yang stands for everything I'm against, from the rude all the way down to the crude. And loud. And obnoxious. Because of him, I often end up in dark alleys without any memory of how or why I got there. Although nowadays I pretty much have the "why" down. As much as I don't like him, I get that it isn't fair. We share the same body, so I can't just walk around with a fan or headphones or whatever prevents the trigger at the time for the rest of my life. Still, sometimes I need a vacation from him. But you know, it's his fault we're here in the first place. He was the one who signed first!

Mako ☯ Li

     A cool-headed Fire Elemental. Well, he calls it being a Firebender, but to me they're similar. It sounds like his world is pretty affected by some feuds that happened before he was born. He has Fire Elementals and ghosts and spirits and everything. I don't know how old he is, maybe a year or two older than me, but the air he has around him is definitely the air of a mature 30-year-old. Li's the one who gave me hope that maybe someday, monsters and normies can get along; normies won't run screaming when they see a monster and monsters themselves will treat other monsters with respect and dignity. Anyway, I hope I can get to know Li better in the future.

Rise Kujikawa ☯ Hibiki

     From the sound of it, she's a popular idol from back home. Her home, I mean. I don't know if we're actually from the same world. She's got this really bubbly personality and focuses on the pop genre. Which is all right, I guess. Generally not things I can tolerate listening to for "reasons," but she seems to really like it. Someone like her can probably entertain the spirits here, and I don't mind supporting her. If she doesn't mind. I'm not exactly the coolest person to invite to a venue. I just hope she doesn't mind (or question) me wearing earmuffs. If I can find any.

Mitsuzaki Yosuga ☯ Shinako

     I'm not sure she likes talking to me, but hopefully she doesn't mind if we have to talk in the future as gardening co-workers. At the very least, she doesn't seem to mind my off-the-wall humor. She's very quiet, even moreso than I am, so it's especially hard to tell what she's thinking... but she's also recklessly brave and that's a lot more than I can say for myself. Oh, but then again she doesn't like working with others. Not that that's a bad thing, but I seriously hope it's not because of me. I mean, for all I know I could've blown our meeting and made a terrible first impression!
